Leadermac Thundermac Moulder Series - Configured with 1-11 Heads and up to 400, 500 or 600 FPM
The Thundermac Moulder Series, manufactured by Leadermac, features Triple Digital Position Readouts at each head Axis position for fast setup.Technical Specifications:
- 9″, 12 and 13″ widths; 6″ or 8″ Thickness
- 1 to 11 Heads
- Feed Speeds to 400, 500 or 600 FPM
- Extra Heavy Feedworks with more Top & Bottom Rolls then most competitors
- Top Rolls variable pneumatic Tension
- Full width Bottom Driven Bedrolls
- Full Cardan Shaft drive, VFD & feed speeds up to 400, 500 or 600 FPM
- One piece machine frame specially heat treated & stress relieved
- 1-13/16″, 50mm or 2-1/8″ Dia. Spindles
- RHP ABEC 7 precision spindle bearings throughout (4 per spindle) + Outboards on Hor. Spindles
- Hydro-Loc Outboards on all Horizontal Spindles
- Straight and/or Profile Jointers as desired
- Tables, Fences, Chipbreakers and Pressure Plates are Hard Chrome Plated
- Quick Electronic Set-Up – REC-705B Quik-TrueSet Electronic Setworks for top heads and near side head – Std Equipment and are optional on any other axis
- Dual Digital Readout for radial setting – Top Heads
- Universal Head and/or ripsaw section optional
- SmartSet Touch Screen Control – Memory & Fastest Setup – Optional including Ball Screws with Rotary Encoders and Servo Setworks (Tied to grinding room measuring station, if desired)
